Milestone residential are an independent Surrey based estate agency business with a long history. GraphicDialog were asked to refresh their corporate sales literature and produce a direct mail campaign which evolved during the course of year.
We developed the brochure and direct mail campaign using the key corporate colour, flame red, as the vibrant tool to tie everything together. Our response to the brief was to develop a brochure with the Milestone Residential target market in mind. First time purchasers, young professionals, retired couples and young families were all referenced in the brochure with the notion of Milestone Residential being the answer to their search for an agency to sell, rent or manage their home.
