Pensus offers a fully integrated, cross-border real estate joint venture and co-investment facility. The Company actively seeks core plus and opportunistic investments across a number of northern European markets, with particular focus on France, Germany, Holland and Belgium.
Having successfully won a three way pitch to design and implement their website, we managed to create a website that was a distinct and necessary step away from their competitor sites. The site will eventually be a multi-language website and our work with Pensus LLP is on-going.
